BlightyBiltong is a company specialising in air-curing only Welsh Wagyu Beef.
Founded in 2016 by David Edgar. Spotting an opportunity to create an amazing product by utilizing the buttery, melt-in-the-mouth Welsh Wagyu Beef and hand-crafting it into one very special ready-to-eat biltong snack, David leapt at the chance and imported a drying cabinet from South Africa. With the help of an innovative British spice company he was producing four different flavours.
David left the company in 2018 and our delicious Biltong is now produced by Rachel and her team @ Alternative Meats Ltd.
